Ballroom Series Part 2: Argentine Tango
Dancing during the pandemic has posed a variety of challenges. Dance instructor Eileen Herman-Haase has found a way to deal with at least one. With a broom as a partner, she shows us a series of Argentine Tango steps that, when combined, will increase your heart rate, and improve your neuroplasticity and coordination.
