Arm Exercises You Can Do at Home with Nick

It’s time to pump up those arms! Follow along as Nick, a Fitness Graduate Assistant at FitRec, takes you through a variety of different arm exercises that you can do at home. As seen in his demonstrations, these can all be done by adding weight with any household items you may have – be creative! These are handy exercises to have in your repertoire – integrate them into a workout you’re already doing, or make up a new set with the exercises below.
