Yoga is open to ALL BU Faculty and Staff members and it’s completely free.
Did you know practicing yoga regularly can lead to increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, improved athletic performance, and protection from injury? Did you know yoga has also been shown to help individuals manage stress and develop a more positive outlook on life?
If you’re interested in yoga but haven’t found the time to give it a try, now’s the time! Come take a break in your day to give yoga a try! The class is open to all BU faculty and staff members. These classes are a yoga sampler that will introduce different styles of Yoga and is perfect for beginners. Comfortable workout clothes are recommended.
