Procrastination is both a friend and a fiend. Potentially back-breaking, but fun to hang with and an easy target for fun:
With all seriousness, we’re at a point in the semester brimming over with chances to procrastinate. It all comes with a dose of anxiety, too. This is my simple reminder that there are folks here – at the University – ready and able to help.
The good people at the Educational Resource Center can make sure you’ve got skills
Speak with someone who can help.
Don’t forget your friends.

Really effective anxiety reducing tips you have here. Test anxiety is counterproductive and I felt it on my own, it is not nice.
