Time Management Tip

Look at the big picture! At the beginning of each semester, be sure to carefully review each of your course syllabi. Mark the due dates for your tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, and papers on your monthly calendar. This will help you to get an overview of the semester. If a lot of due dates are clumped together, you’ll need to schedule your time wisely in order to be able to get to all of your work. Review your calendar frequently to help plan out your week. Getting a jump on big projects or studying in advance for an exam can help to reduce the overall amount of time you spend studying, and can ease stress.
