Our custodial staff is skilled at setting up events of all sizes. Cost will vary based on the complexity of setup and the day of the week. The fee structure is provided in CAMMS 

The costs cover both custodial labor charges for the weekdays when the normal custodial staff is on campus, and weekends when custodians must be brought in to support the specific event setup only. 

University departments hosting an on-campus event must submit a Facilities Service Request (FSR) to ensure that the desired set-up is scheduled and completed. When completing the FSR, you will be asked to select one of the standard set-ups or to request a customized set-up.  Please note these room set-up services will not be provided without receipt of an FSR before the event.
