Real Estate leases, manages, and maintains residential apartments, a limited number of parking spaces, and commercial property owned by Boston University. Residential apartments are leased to Boston University faculty and staff only. Parking spaces are leased to Real Estate tenants only. Our inventory of residential apartments is extensive and diverse. We offer studios, one-bedrooms, and two bedrooms apartments. Most apartments are required to be viewed in advance of leasing by the prospective tenant or by a representative of the prospective tenant.
