BU Housing

BU housing provides students with an authentic, on-campus housing experience. All students have access to a Resident Assistant who can help answer questions and assist with any issues you may have. You can view a list of housing amenities and housing security information here.

Dining

Dining plans are required of all students living in BU housing. Students are automatically enrolled in the Open Access meal plan with unlimited dining hall entries, and other plans are also available. Learn more about all dining plan options. Fitness and Recreation Center

The FitRec gym is located across the street from CELOP, and is free of charge to Waseda SSA students. At FitRec, you can access:

• Workout equipment
• Courts (soccer, basketball, squash, racquetball, etc.)
• Swimming pools
• Rock climbing wall
• Running track

Student Health Services (SHS)

The SHS is an on-campus clinic located across the street from CELOP, and all services offered are covered by the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). At SHS, students can make appointments with doctors or other medical or mental health staff.

BU Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)

All students are automatically enrolled in the BU Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). This insurance is required and cannot be waived. SHIP covers all services at SHS and can be used for certain services off-campus as well. Students pay for the full cost of SHIP in the fall semester, and receive coverage through the spring.
