Unlike traditional career events, every interaction is intentional and powered by structured matchmaking, pre-qualified candidates, and curated speed interviews.

Student Registration (Data Science Juniors & Seniors)
CDS Talent Sprint: Speed Interview No-Show Policy
Attendance at assigned Speed Interview slots is mandatory to respect employer time and maximize student opportunities.
- Required Attendance: Once assigned to an employer and time slot, you must attend.
- Cancellation Notice: If an emergency arises, notify CDS Careers and Development immediately so we can offer your slot to another student.
- No-Show Consequences: Missing your interview without prior notice will result in losing your access to the Networking Session (if you registered) and restrictions on attending future CDS events.

CDS Talent Sprint: Networking Session No-Show Policy
To maximize space for interested students and show respect for our employers' time, please review the following attendance guidelines:
- Attendance Commitment: If you register for the Networking Session, you are expected to attend.
- Cancellation Notice: If you can no longer make it, you must cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance so your spot can be opened to another student.
- No-Show Consequences: Registered students who do not show up without prior notice may face restrictions on attending future CDS events and career programs.
*Registration does not guarantee a match or participation on the General Networking session. Selected students will be notified by September 23rd.
