Grand Opening for ‘300-Foot Conversation Starter’

Boston University’s newest building, located near the banks of the Charles River, is the largest carbon-neutral building in Boston. In December, Mayor Michelle Wu helped cut the ribbon at the grand opening of the unique Center for Computing and Data Sciences.  

The new building is not meant to be known only for its distinct appearance but for its impact on large-scale sustainability projects.

The new center is said to be one of the “greenest” buildings in New England.
