Graduate Students: Dr. Tarullo is not interviewing or accepting Ph.D. students seeking to start in Fall 2025 in the Developmental Science program of BU’s Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences.

Master’s Students: The BEE Lab is not accepting Master’s students to join the lab for Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 semester.

Undergraduate Students/Research Assistants: The BEE Lab is full and is not accepting applicants for Research Assistant positions for Fall 2024. We may interview applicants for Research Assistant positions (e.g., Volunteer, Directed Study, or Work-Study) that start in the Spring of 2025. Please fill out the application on our website to be considered for one of the positions.

NOTE: All Research Assistants must work in the lab and in person (not virtual) for at least seven hours per week and for at least two semesters. We do not offer single-semester, summer-only, or virtual internships or research opportunities.

Researchers in the BEE Lab learn about developmental neuroscience techniques and behavioral research while working with parents and their young children. Some of the current projects that students can work on include BASS, PATH, and SAM. Being fluent in Spanish, having a car, and having prior experience with children are pluses but are not required for the position. BIPOC students and others from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply. These positions are competitive.
