Student hit while crossing Memorial Drive
A sophomore in the College of Engineering was reportedly struck by a motor vehicle while riding her bicycle on Memorial Drive in Cambridge yesterday afternoon. The student is a resident of the Hyatt Regency hotel at 575 Memorial Dr. and was struck near the hotel.
The student was transported by ambulance to Massachusetts General Hospital. She was conscious after the accident and when the ambulance arrived, according to a BU Police Department report.
