Tokyo Police Club headlines Friday; doors open at 8:30

After bursting onto the scene in 2006 with their debut EP, A Lesson in Crime, Tokyo Police Club has established themselves as one of the hippest and most energetic live acts around. The MTV darlings have performed on Late Night with David Letterman and have graced the stages of festivals around the world, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bumbershoot, and Glastonbury. Now they are set to take BU Central by storm, on Friday, April 25. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. and the show begins at 9. The Meligrove Band and Smoosh open.
The concert is free with a BU ID, and all BU students are allowed to bring two non-BU students. For more information, visit the BU Central Web site or blog.
