Global Marketing Management Governance

At BU MET, we recognize the importance of maintaining advisory boards that will provide an important link between industry, students, and faculty—with the goal of improving the quality and relevance of our programs. As developing and managing a cutting-edge and state-of-the art program has become increasingly challenging in today’s fast-paced global markets environment, the primary goal of the Global Marketing Management (GMM) Advisory Board is to make sure faculty and administrators of the program are accountable to its stakeholders for the relevancy and quality of the GMM academic program.

The GMM Advisory Board guides the development and ongoing management of GMM programs. In addition to assisting in design and development of curricula and in specifying and acquiring appropriate resources, the Board also serves as an effective mechanism for transferring best practices and lessons learned from industry to academics, and the classroom. The Board comprises a diverse mix of industry practitioners from all over the world. These are leaders in various GMM-related disciplines representing organizations, both private and public, academic and commercial, with experience on the various aspects of GMM, including but not limited to market research, market selection, global marketing management, trade, and multicultural aspects.
