Using Track Changes in MS Word
For webpages that require extensive copy edits, please paste the original text into a Word document, and edit the content with the Track Changes feature enabled.
This feature enables our team to view the content exactly as it is intended to be written, while simultaneously keeping track of all required edits. As a result, the amount of time required to complete extensive page edits is greatly reduced.
Track Changes can be enabled in the ribbon menu under the Review tab. The appearance of the ribbon menu may vary depending on your version of Word:
