Meanwhile, the US Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act allocated more than $550 billion in new spending through 2026, and the US Bureau of Labor Statistics forecasts that jobs in construction management will see much-faster-than-average growth of 9 percent through 2033, with annual median pay exceeding $100,000. Successful Construction Management & Technology program candidates have at least two years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, and an upper-division GPA of 3.0 or higher. There are substantial case studies and project discussions in class. We welcome early- or mid-career professionals who want to advance up the job ladder, as well as mid-career, built environment and infrastructure industry professionals who want to reinforce their technical management knowledge.
