ABA Employability Consultation Sessions Service #2: Individual Employability Consultation

Employability Consultation Sessions Service #2: Individual employability consultation, including access to the Lightcast database, and supervised by ABA consultants (ABA faculty and teaching assistant). Walk-in consultations (via Zoom) are available during the announced day and time. Students will participate in training sessions and work on matching their professional skills with job offerings by industries, companies, and locations.

Prior to attending students should prepare by reviewing the Career Advancement material on the Administrative Sciences website, and preparing and submitting their e-Portfolio on the ABA Community Digication Employability Portal.

The group consultation session lasts approximately 30 minutes. The individual consultation sessions with an ABA consultant in a separate breakout room lasts approximately 15 minutes.

What should you expect from the individual consultation session:
Matches of your personal, professional, and educational skills with job offers and occupations (targeted by the student industries, locations, or companies).
Group consultation sessions will be recorded.
Individual consultation sessions will not be recorded. The content and the results from the personal consultation will not be shared or published by BU MET.
