Fibby Zang and Dave Cadreact deliver presentations at the 2021 Northeast Decision Sciences Conference
On March 26, 2021, two MET Administrative Sciences M.S. students delivered presentations of their research at the Northeast Decision Sciences Institute’s annual conference. Both research projects were performed in the MET Decision Sciences Research Lab. Yuanfei (Fibby) Zang, who just completed her M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management, presented her work that used a survey of 156 participants to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on the work environment of professional workers. Dave Cadreact, current M.S. in Supply Chain Management student, presented his work, concerning the development of a decision support system for the call center that serves the Loctite® adhesives division of Henkel Corporation. Several Henkel managers are joint collaborators on this project.
