Psychology of Addiction

Prerequisites: CASPS 333 or consent of instructor. - This course is a seminar on the nature, etiology, and treatment of addiction. The course examines the diagnosis and assessment of addiction and consider different perspectives (e.g., biological, behavioral, social-ecological) on causes, prevention, and treatment of addictive disorders.
