Departmental Support (non-IS&T)

IS&T offers support to all students, faculty, staff, and departments. Some departments or programs have internal computing support resources, described in the table below. Depending on the nature of your question, you might want assistance from your local support resource instead of the IT Help Center.

Institutional assets require approval from your IT support before service and support can be provided by the IT Help Center.

CFA: College of Fine Arts College of Fine Arts Information Technology  (CFA IT) provides technical support for CFA faculty, staff, and students. 

During the academic year, the office is staffed all hours that the CFA Computer Lab is open (see schedule.)

Color printing resources and a graphics Mac lab are open and available to the entire BU community. See the CFA IT Lab site for more information, including print pricing. Faculty and staff may also borrow presentation equipment at no cost.
