This all-day, in-person summit will shine a light on different dimensions of learning and training through existing programs and practices at Boston University. From best practices across the training cycle to emerging technologies, from skill-building experiences to implementing DEIB in learning spaces.
Throughout the day, you will have intentional opportunities to build your network in meaningful ways. Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned professional or indirectly connected to learning and training, we invite you to join us for a day filled with learning. It is our hope that engaging in this learning will positively influence our work and impact, while transforming an aspect of ourselves.

Summit objectives
- Examine the different dimensions within learning and development through showcasing examples, experiences, and expertise across Boston University.
- Identify and discover new strategies, best practices, as well as tools and solutions in the learning and development field.
- Build relationships while cultivating community through formal and informal networking opportunities and shared community service.
