If you are willing to go to another BLC library, you can find out which libraries own a journal through Worldcat. You cannot check out the volume, but you can photocopy the article on site.

Are you sure we don't have the full text of the article? The eJournal Locator is our best source of current electronic subscription information. We may also have the article in print (journal titles are listed in the online catalog).
