About Pickering Educational Resources Library
The Pickering Educational Resources Library supports BU’s Wheelock College of Education & Human Development faculty and students through research and information services, instruction, and collection development. The majority of our education collections are available online, including top education journals and databases. Our circulating collections include award-winning young adult titles, picture books for young children, and various pre-Kâ12 educational kits.
The Pickering Library first opened in 1949 as a curriculum laboratory with a collection of textbooks, curriculum guides, instructional aids, periodicals, and books for children and young adults. The library continues to collect those items in support of the academic programs at Wheelock.
The Pickering Educational Resources Library is located at 2 Silber Way, in the lower level of the Wheelock College of Education & Human Development.
