ACLU of Massachusetts 2013 Bill of Rights Dinner

***The CDO will sponsor the first 3 students to RSVP to Senka Huskic at senkah@bu.edu*** For more information please check: https://www.aclum.org/dinner All other students who would like to attend for free are invited by the ACLU of Massachusetts to volunteer at the event for the below duties. The ACLU is looking for 5 additional volunteers on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, please contact Meaghan Giangregorio at MGiangregorio@aclum.org as soon as possible indicating your willingness to volunteer and providing your contact information. Students can also register for this event at a discounted rate at www.aclu.org/secure/student-discount. Table Checking Arrive: 4:30 PM at America Ballroom, 3rd Floor, Westin Copley Hotel Responsibilities: (Pre-dinner) Place a program on every seat, place a pen at every place setting, confirm that the table number corresponds with the seating chart, and place a bag in the center of every table – the bag will be labeled with table number, (Post-dinner/program) As the program ends and guests start to exit the ballroom pick-up challenge bags from tables and all extra challenge cards and other materials and bring them to the St. George room on the 3rd floor, Mary will collect all challenge cards and donations. Greeters/Ushers Arrive: 4:30 PM on 2nd Floor Responsibilities: Stand at the top of the escalator to greet people, smile and welcome guests as they arrive and thank them for coming, familiarize yourself with the floor plan so that you can answer questions, after people have registered please help direct them up to the 3rd floor.
