International Law Society Doctors’ Complicity in Torture Event

Come join us for a provocative panel previewing the film "Doctors on the Darkside," and discussing doctors' role in the US's torture programs. The panel will feature BU Law alum, Cmdr. Suzanne Lachelier, a lawyer and Commander with the US military, as well as Kristine Huskey, Director of Physicians for Human Rights' anti-torture program and Boston University School of Public Health professor Dr. Michael Grodin. This panel will explore the legal and medical dimensions of the use of torture in light of the global war on terrorism, and discuss current efforts in the legislature to address doctors' complicity.
