The Harvard Business School Summer Venture in Management Program (SVMP), a one-week management training program for rising college seniors, is designed to increase diversity and opportunity in business education. SVMP is a one-week management training program for rising college seniors designed to increase diversity and opportunity in business education. Participants are members of groups typically underrepresented in business schools and corporate America (e.g., African American, Latino, Native American, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, or Transgender). HBS covers on-site expenses, and corporate sponsors typically cover other costs associated with participating in the program.
