Viewing medical review service indicators in MyBU

University policy requires that students who are interrupting or discontinuing studies for medical reasons complete the medical review process prior to resuming studies.

Students have asked how to “see” this requirement in the MyBU records system.

• Log into MyBU Student
• Navigate to your MyBU Student Dashboard (click the tile)
• Select “My information”
• Now select “Holds”

Holds will display with an informational box, describing the hold type.

If your MyBU shows “medical clearance required” then you need to complete the medical review process.
