Travel Services provides resources and training to the University Community to establish a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be used immediately in performing daily work activities. Please review the University policies, FAQ’s, and step by step illustrated training guides for answers to common questions; all questions not answered in here or outlined in the Travel and  Travel Card Policies should be submitted via ticket on the VPFA Customer Service Portal.

Any problems with your Travel Card should first be reported to US Bank at the number on the back of your card, and then to Card Services if necessary.
