Blocking cookies in your web browser can cause a blank white page to appear when you click the ePortfolio tab in Blackboard Learn. Please follow the steps below to accept cookies in your Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox web browser.
Safari
- Open Safari.
- In the upper left-hand corner of your monitor, click Safari and then Preferences….
- Click the Privacy tab.
- In the Block cookies: section, select the Never radio button.
- Close the Preferences window.
Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- In the upper left-hand corner of your monitor, click Firefox and then Preferences….
- Click the Privacy tab.
- For the Firefox will: drop-down menu, select the Use custom settings for history option.
- Ensure that the Accept cookies from sites and Accept third-party cookies check boxes are checked.
- Close the Preferences window.
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- In the upper left-hand corner of your monitor, click Chrome and then Preferences….
- Click the Show advanced settings… link.
- Click the Content settings… button.
- Select the Allow local data to be set (recommended) radio button.
- Click the OK button and then close the Settings tab.
