BU Security Camp: August 7th, 2025
Each August Boston University hosts “Security Camp”. Security Camp is a free, one-day conference for University system, network, security administrators, and security managers. The goal is to provide a forum where those responsible for maintaining computing security in the higher education environment can share and benefit from collective experiences.
This year camp will be held on campus (in-person only) on Thursday, August 7th from 9:00AM to 4:00PM at Boston University’s Photonics Building (8 St. Mary’s Street, Boston, MA, Room 206). In honor of our 25th Camp, we will hold a special lunch buffet, with cake, in the Photonics’ Colloquium Room on the 9th floor, room 906.
Security Camp is partially sponsored by the NorthEast Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) and complements the Security Camps that Boston College and MIT have hosted for several years.
