Requisitions for services are required and must be submitted at least four business days before date of requested services. Requisitions with less lead-time will be serviced pending the availability of equipment and staff and may incur an additional surcharge of 20 percent. Billing for equipment and services will generally be completed and available three business days after the date of the event.

Equipment rental rates do not include delivery and return. Labor charges will be added for delivery, setup, operation, and return if these services are required. Labor charges for late night (after 9:30 p.m.), weekends (5 p.m. Friday-7: 30 a.m. Monday), and holidays will be billed at time-and-a-half with a four-hour minimum. Package costs that include labor will incur an additional charge of 20 percent for weekend service.

Our daily rate is based on an eight-hour day usage. Our half-day rate is based on a four-hour or less usage for equipment listing half-day rates. Special rates apply for weekly and monthly equipment rentals and extended projects. Please call for availability.

Late returns will incur a substantial fee.

All equipment is checked before and after it has been loaned. If equipment fails during operation, there will be no charge, or a replacement unit will be offered at no extra charge, unless the equipment failure is due to client error or abuse. Learning & Event Technology Services assumes no liability for equipment failure.

All equipment checked out is the responsibility of the client. Equipment and accessories not returned will be charged at the replacement cost. The cost of repairing equipment damaged through abuse or neglect will be assumed by the client.
