As a project moves into different stages the Project Status will need to be updated.
Fields that become required to move into a certain status are as follows:
- Active Initiation - An Actual Start Date becomes required
- Active Build - A Planned End Date becomes required
- Completed - An Actual End Date becomes required
Note: When completing a Project, you will receive a notification if there are open Resource Plans that need to be closed. This is informational as it is the responsibility of the Resource Manager to close Resource Plans.
