Sociology PhD Candidate Don Gillis is featured in today’s BU Today article, ‘One Class, One Day: Lessons from The Wire”. Gillis, who is currently an adjunct teacher at the MET City Planning and Urban Affairs program, takes his MET UA510: The City in the Media: The Sociology of HBO’s The Wire class to exciting levels of investigation into urban culture and the issues that go along with it.
