Emelie Lucas

Emelie Lucas is a part of the Finance and Administration team at Sargent College and is responsible for directing the Research Administration team.  The Research Administration team provides support and guidance to faculty and students across all phases of the grants process, from pre-award preparation to post-award compliance and financial review.  She also works collaboratively with the Associate Dean of Finance and Administration, Dan Young, and the Associate Dean for Research, Jana Iverson, to evaluate the research goals of Sargent College.  Emelie holds a Master of Science in Research Administration and Compliance from City University of New York and is a Certified Research Administrator under the Research Administrator Certification Council.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, running and camping with her dog Annie, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
