Occupational Therapy Advocacy Day at the Massachusetts State House
Second-year BU doctor of occupational therapy students were at the Massachusetts State House to advocate and share information about the important role of occupational therapy in health and rehabilitation. Students presented on topics including mental health, children and youth, productive aging, work and industry, and health and wellness.
Occupational therapy aims to maximize health, well-being, and quality of life for all people and communities by providing effective solutions to facilitate participation in everyday living.
