Faculty Review Committee on Research Financial Conflicts of Interest

The Faculty Review Committee on Research Financial Conflicts of Interest meets monthly to review investigator disclosures with a potential financial conflict of interest and advises the Associate Vice President for Research Compliance on whether a financial conflict of interest exists and, if so, what restrictions or conditions should be imposed to eliminate, reduce, or manage the financial conflict.

It may take up to two committee meetings before the committee can reach a final decision. To ensure there is no delay in funding, please submit your disclosure at time of proposal, as required by 42 CFR Part 50, 45 CFR Part 94, and Interim Conflict of Interest Policy Requirements for Financial Assistance.
