They are located on the Charles River Campus, near Kenmore Square, on historic Bay State Road, and on Beacon Street, in Brookline.
We have studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments – all in a variety of price ranges to suit most living needs or budgets.
We offer 3 types of apartment styles on the Charles River Campus. Please note that rents are based on prevailing local rental market rates and are subject to change without notice:
1. Studios
Studios are self-contained one-room apartments that include private kitchen and bathroom facilities. Studio apartments are leased unfurnished. Kitchens include a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Size and rents will vary. Rents are structured on size, location, and prevailing local rental market conditions. Studio rents range from
$1,750 per month and up. Rents range according to size, location, and amenities and are subject to change without notice. In most cases, heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent.
2. One-bedrooms
One-bedroom apartments are generally larger than studios and include a private kitchen and bathroom as well as a separate bedroom. One-bedroom apartments are leased unfurnished. Kitchens include a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Rents are structured on size, location, and prevailing local rental market conditions. One-bedroom rents range from
$2,200 per month and up. Rents range according to size, location, and amenities and are subject to change without notice. In most cases, heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent.
3. Two-bedrooms
Two-bedroom apartments are larger than most one-bedroom apartments and include a kitchen and bathroom, with two separate bedrooms. Two-bedroom apartments are all leased unfurnished. Kitchens include a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Rents are structured on size, location, and prevailing local rental market conditions. Two-bedroom rents range from
$2,700 per month and up. Rents range according to size, location, and amenities and are subject to change without notice. In most cases, heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent.
If you are renting an unfurnished apartment, you may lease furniture from a private provider. Many of our tenants lease through American Furniture Rental, a local source that offers specially priced student packages, as well as other furniture leasing packages. Please note that there are other furniture rental providers.
If you need a roommate, it is your responsibility to locate a suitable roommate. Our office does not provide roommate matching services nor do we resolve roommate disputes.
