Boston University Real Estate supports the institution’s mission and strategic priorities by thoughtfully managing and developing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and institutional properties.
We provide housing for faculty, staff, and visiting collaborators to foster a vibrant academic and research community. Our commercial properties support the day-to-day life of the Charles River and Medical Campuses by cultivating a dynamic mix of businesses that serve students, employees, and neighbors.
Beyond BU’s owned assets, we enable the University’s local and global impact through strategic leasing in key locations. We manage acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate gifts with a focus on long-term value and alignment with BU’s goals. We also serve as a trusted advisor to the Boston University community on all matters related to real estate, offering expertise and guidance to support the University’s evolving needs.
