Innovation Project Course

During your sophomore or junior year, you’ll take the Innovation Project Course, designed to immerse you in real-world business challenges that don’t have straightforward answers. Working in teams, you’ll develop creative solutions for a live client, applying skills in Critical Thinking, Teaming and Leadership, Design Thinking, Project Management, Consulting, and Innovation. Instead of traditional lectures, the course mirrors the experience of an innovation consulting firm, helping you build both sharp and smart skills that make you day-one ready for the business world.

Recently Professor Louis Salemy brought his undergraduate class to Little Leaf Farms in Shirley, MA for a tour of operation and to learn about how the company was started by the CEO, Paul Sellew. This multidisciplinary company visit shed light on business areas such as finance, operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Urban Planning with Professor Keith Munsell

Recently, Professor Keith Munsell’s Real Estate Development Class, SI469, participated in the Urban Planning Competition in partnership with the Urban Land Institute. The class redesigned 11+ acres in an inner city to balance the needs of the community, city, and developer with marketing, environmental, and equity strategies.

Questrom’s Global Management Experience class visited several companies this Spring Break abroad in Japan, such as Nissan and Mikihouse.
