Executive Operating Partner at Ten Oaks Group
Vinnie Celestino serves as Executive Operating Partner at Ten Oaks Group, a private equity firm specializing in corporate carveouts and turnarounds. In this capacity, he leads as CEO of Empowered GRC, one of the firm’s software portfolio companies. His career path includes significant experience in management consulting with both PwC and KPMG, where he developed expertise in software M&A advisory. Vinnie later transitioned to Rocket Software, a Bain Capital portfolio company, where he held the position of Corporate Development & Strategy Director.
A passionate advocate for strengthening alumni connections, Vinnie is committed to expanding engagement across the entire Questrom alumni network, with a particular focus on increasing participation among MBA graduates.
Vinnie earned his MBA from Questrom School of Business in 2017, concentrating his studies in Finance and Operations Management while actively contributing as a member of the Graduate Student Council. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
