Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting and External Reporting, Mondelēz
Steph Stanczyk is the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting & External Reporting at Mondelēz International, overseeing the accounting for all acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
Prior to joining Mondelēz, Steph served as the Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and New Initiatives at Sonos for three years, where she was responsible for assessing the impact of significant transactions and new business initiatives on financial statements and ensuring compliance with evolving accounting guidance.
Prior to joining Sonos, Steph spent five years in public accounting at PwC, focused on Fortune 500 companies in the retail and consumer industry. She was also part of a rotational program at the company’s national office.
Steph serves on the board as Treasurer of Belladonna Film Project, a non-profit focused on independent film projects in the Midwest and previously served as the leader of the Women@ Sonos ERG Steering Committee.Steph holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. As a student, she founded the Rise Book Club and Forum, served as president of the Global Business Brigades, and participated in the Scarlet Key Society and Honors Program.
