Sheena Gohil

Sheena Gohil is an experienced tenant advisor & broker.  She provides clients in New York City and internationally with transaction solutions on a portfolio wide basis. She has closed numerous complex transactions throughout her career for a wide variety of industries including technology, healthcare, education, consulting, government, financial services, and other professional services industries.

In addition to her client service experience, she currently serves as the Head of Collier’s Tenant Advisory Council, which is made up of the top Tenant Advisors globally within Colliers and also a member of the Life Science Practice Group within Colliers.

Sheena is the recipient of CoreNet New York’s 2021 Service Provider of the Year award. She was also the recipient of the 2019, 2020 and 2022 Colliers Everest Club award. In 2020, she was recognized as one of the top ten professionals within Collier’s top 10%. In addition, Sheena was named in GlobeSt.com’s 50 under 40 national real estate professionals in 2020 and was also one of the honorees of the Women of Valor award in 2020 and 2021, honoring a distinguished group of women in NYC real estate.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Boston University and enjoys supporting young professionals on their journey in the real estate industry.
