Selene Cueva Madrid

Selene is a PhD student in Strategy and Innovation, with a focus on the economics of science in developing countries. She aims to understand the role that firms and universities play in building and improving science ecosystems, covering areas such as the creation of scientists, the publication process, and the adoption and commercialization of new technologies.

Before joining Questrom, she worked as a Research Professional at the Development Innovation Lab at the University of Chicago. She also held positions at J-PAL LAC and the Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE).
