Selene is a PhD student in Strategy and Innovation. Her research studies how global talent allocation and institutional design shape the direction and geography of innovation, with a focus on emerging economies. Before joining Questrom, she worked as a Predoctoral Research Fellow at the Development Innovation Lab at the University of Chicago and held positions at J-PAL LAC and the Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE).
