Margot Bosse is a people-focused leader with a diverse background spanning Financial Services and Human Resources. She currently serves as AVP, Institution Strategy at LPL Financial, where she partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer of Underwriting & Portfolio Management to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, streamline operational processes, and optimize organizational frameworks.
Previously, Margot served as Assistant Vice President at Citizens Bank, where she led the Commercial Banking Internship Program and supported the execution of the Commercial Banker Development Program (CBDP). Across her roles, she has consistently driven results in strategic risk management, talent development, recruiting, and operational efficiency.
Margot holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She brings a strong skill set in data analytics, project management, and strategic consulting, and is deeply interested in leveraging technology and data-driven insights to advance continuous improvement and innovation in the financial services sector.
