Margot Bosse is a people-focused leader with a diverse background in Financial Services and Human Resources. She is currently an Assistant Vice President at Citizens Bank and serves as the Head of the Commercial Banking Internship Program, as well as executes the Commercial Banker Development Program (CBDP). Margot focuses on strategic risk management, recruiting and operational efficiency, and has consistently delivered impactful results across various roles within the organization.
In her current role, Margot partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer of Underwriting & Portfolio Management to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, streamline processes, and enhance operational frameworks.
Margot holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She brings a robust skill set encompassing data analytics, project management, and strategic consulting. With a keen interest in leveraging technology and data-driven insights, she is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation within her field.
Outside of work, Margot is passionate about mentoring high school and college students, exploring new travel destinations, and spending time with family. Margot also has a rescue Boston Terrier named Mikey, and loves hiking and kayaking with him.
