Leslie Mikus

Leslie Mikus (she/her) is the VP, Talent at MERGE. Leslie has spent her career within Human Resources across the healthcare and marketing industries. At MERGE, she leads learning & organizational development, rewards/recognition, engagement, and chairs MERGE’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force. She is passionate about creating meaningful training programs and helping to bring growth opportunities to a diversity of people. Leslie sits on the Boston Advisory Board for CareerSpring, a non-profit organization helping first-generation students and graduates find meaningful employment. 

A lifelong learner, Leslie holds her Sr. Professional HR Certification from the HR Certification Institute, was named an HR Rising Star by HR Executive Magazine (2020), and was part of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Future Leader Certification Program and Transformational DE&I Certification Program (2022). 

Leslie is a proud double Terrier, holding her MBA with a specialization in Leadership & Organizational Transformation from Questrom as well as her BA in Psychology from the College of Arts & Sciences. At home, she’s a mom to an energetic, Paw Patrol-loving toddler, Julian, and wife to fellow Questrom MBA alum (that’s where they met!), Chris. She and her family live in Canton, MA and love to spend as much time outside as possible.
