
Kate Nissen
Kate Nissen is a PhD student in the Management & Organizations department. She uses qualitative methods to understand how people negotiate tensions regarding their occupational role amid experiences within organizational and institutional structures.
Kate holds a Master of Philosophy in Innovation, Strategy, and Organization from the University of Cambridge, where she was awarded Best Dissertation for original research. She has industry experience working in consulting and technology.
