Kaitlin Dumont

Kaitlin’s expertise lies at the intersection of higher education and workforce learning. Throughout her career, she has partnered with a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders — ranging from university leaders and corporate learning executives to state government officials — as a strategist and trusted advisor. Beyond specific engagements, she excels at identifying how these diverse constituents can align to deliver exponential value to learners. Kaitlin has been featured in several publications, including Inside Higher Ed and Education Technology Insights. Recently, she took center stage as a speaker and member of the host committee at StartEd’s 2023 EdTech Week in New York City. Before joining Huron, Kaitlin served as the head of workforce learning innovation at Kaplan, where she focused on scaling Kaplan’s impact at the strategic nexus of post-secondary education and talent development, particularly in areas such as work-based learning, career readiness, and integrated credential degrees, known as Credegrees. Prior to Kaplan, Kaitlin played an instrumental role in shaping executive development programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School. She worked closely with C-suite executives and Fortune 500 companies, providing strategic guidance on learning and development priorities. Notably, she led the development of flagship residential executive programs and spearheaded the launch of innovative online initiatives, ensuring the delivery of top-tier learning experiences. Kaitlin completed her undergraduate studies at Tufts University and holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, as well as an Instructional Designer Certificate from the Online Learning Consortium.
