
Jill Calabrese Bain

Jill currently serves as a Managing Director with Bank of America’s Business Banking Division, responsible for leading business initiatives dedicated to the economic mobility of the clients and communities Bank of America serves.
Jill also serves as an adjunct lecturer at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business where she leads a class on strategies to promote effective management communications.
Jill has held many leadership positions in the financial services industry and has long been an advocate for business owners, leading programs and initiatives to support their unique needs. She serves on the National Advisory Council for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and has been recognized nationally for her contributions to the status, visibility and empowerment of women-owned firms.
Jill also serves as the co-chair of Bank of America’s Domestic Violence Taskforce and serves on the Board of Directors for Community Servings, a Boston based nonprofit provider of medically tailored meals for chronically and critically ill individuals and their families.
She is a recipient of Bank of America’s Chairman’s Award for Global Diversity and Inclusion and the Jane Doe Justice In Action Award. She is also the past President of the Susan G. Komen New England Board of Directors.
Jill holds a Bachelors’ and Masters’ degree in Economics from Clark University and Tufts University, respectively. She resides in the Boston area with her husband and two children.
