Elisabeth Palacios

Elisabeth is passionate about understanding people and fostering collaboration to create meaningful change. A double Terrier with a BA in Psychological & Brain Sciences and Public Health (CAS ’20), she is now pursuing an MBA in Management Science and Health Sector Management to further explore how behavioral science and organizational psychology intersect with strategy and leadership.

Her professional experiences include managing Scaled Agile teams as a certified Scrum Master, coordinating impactful policy projects, and creating adaptive climbing programs to make climbing more inclusive. Elisabeth thrives on connecting with others, solving complex problems, and building environments where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to succeed.

She is excited to continue learning, growing, and working alongside those who are equally driven to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
